Jeffrey Levine

CEO, Director of Financial Planning


As CEO, Jeffrey is responsible for spearheading the company’s vision and strives to ensure the firm and its advisors are up-to-date on the latest financial, tax, and estate planning strategies.
He was named to the 2017 class of the “40 Under 40” by InvestmentNews, which recognizes “accomplishment, contribution to the financial advice industry, leadership, and promise for the future.”

Jeffrey is also a recipient of the AICPA Financial Planning Division’s Standing Ovation award, presented for “exemplary professional achievement in personal financial planning services.” Jeffrey is an author and speaker, having presented hundreds of continuing education programs for CPAs, attorneys, and other financial advisors and has appeared on CNBC, Fox Business News, Public Television and CBS to promote tax and financial education. He is also frequently quoted in financial publications like The Wall Street Journal, Kiplinger’s, The Street, CNBC.com, and InvestmentNews, and is a content contributor for Forbes.com.

Jeffrey and his wife Bobbi-Jo are the proud parents of two boys, Reid and Grant. He and the boys are often referred to as “the triplets” because of their uncanny likeness to one another.

Patrick M. Kuster

Chief Operating Officer, Director of Risk Management


Based in New York, Patrick proactively strives to enhance both the client and adviser experience through the implementation of efficient, accurate, and modern solutions. Patrick is also dedicated to the internal education, evaluation, and research of insurance-based planning solutions for BluePrint’s advisors.

Since beginning his financial services career in 2008, Patrick has had the pleasure of educating hundreds of financial advisors with his insurance product and industry knowledge, as well as coordinated insurance solutions to some of the most recognized broker-dealers in the country. A fervent proponent of education, Patrick received his Bachelor of Science in Applied Mathematics and Statistics from Stony Brook University and continues to educate himself in the many facets of the financial industry.

Patrick is also an active member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), and is a member of the programs committee for the Long Island Chapter of the FPA.

David Warshaw

Senior Wealth Manager


As a comprehensive financial advisor, David takes great pride in advising his clients on a variety of matters related to their financial life. He seeks to make even the most challenging financial concepts simple, relatable and… dare we say it… fun!

David began his financial planning career in 2004 with Ameriprise Financial Advisors. In 2010, he left Ameriprise and founded The WealthPlan, LLC, an independent wealth management firm with a planning-first philosophy. David continued to expand The WealthPlan until merging his practice into BluePrint in late 2016.

David has always placed an emphasis on education. In 2003, David graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree from Washington University in St. Louis with a double major in finance and accounting. Shortly after entering the financial profession, David became a Chartered Financial Consultant, Chartered Life Underwriter, and in 2016, he became a Certified Financial Planner™.

Outside of work, David has many varied interests, including dancing, music, and martial arts, having recently taken up Muay Thai. He also enjoys traveling and experiencing new places and cultures. To date, David has visited nearly 20 different countries and hopes to further expand that list in the near future. Never one to shy away from a challenge, David has even tried his hand at stand-up comedy.
